Create a service that is able to create a specific invoice format.
Parameters
- format: string
  one of the supported formats, see listFormatServices
- logger: Logger
  an object that implements the Logger interface
Returns EInvoiceFormat

listFormatServices

listFormatServices(): FormatInfo[]
List all supported invoice formats.

Returns FormatInfo[]
an array of format information objects
